Easy to locate on Main Street in Bairnsdale. The staff at Giant Bairnsdale were so friendly and helpful! They have a wide range of bikes to choose from for all skill levels and ages. I purchased an E-bike and was able to get a basket and mud guards fitted on the day of purchase. The staff answered ALL my questions about E-Bikes and taught me all about the settings and charging of the battery as well. They also shared information on local trails to explore. I intend on returning to Giant Bairnsdale for my bike servicing.I was also given help loading the bike into my car which was very kind!One very happy customer here!

I am 75 years old and I just bought a new bike from Gary. Dealing with Gary is a pleasure. His knowledge of all things cycling puts you at ease. I am quite a tall lady and his suggestions for size and comfort were spot on. I would recommend the business as a place to go first for all things cycling. Excellent service for my bike service. Staff were friendly and helpful when I dropped my bike off and I was promptly notified of costs (via sms) for new chain and sprocket which was needed outside the general service. They messaged when my bike was ready for collection. Very efficient service and would definitely recommend.

Gary and crew were very helpful with choosing our new Giant and Liv E-bikes. They are also able to supply good quality carriers for the bikes to mount on our caravan. Giant and Liv are some of the best priced quality e-bikes on the market. We love ours, can’t stop riding them - awesome fun. Worth checking out Bairnsdale Giant if your in the market for a new bike.
