McDonald's Coffs Harbour Service Centre
Macdonalds was always known for its cleanliness, but NOT NOW! I've stopped at 6 different ones in the last week and the toilets and dining area are filthy. Not just dirty but unkept. This store was not busy, 11am and plenty of staff, but there were dirty tables, floors, toilets. 6 of the empty tables had rubbish on them and crumbs. I was there for 30+ mins and no one, not one staff member was seen cleaning. The food was perfect, hot and fresh so there's the one plus.

McDonald's Coffs Harbour Service Centre
We arrived at 7am as we headed north a quick stop to coffee load and get a bite to eat and get back on the road.Our coffee order took a longer time than normal and I struggled to drink my caramel latte. ( Very bitter).The staff seemed friendly and happy. The environment and bathrooms were clean and tidy.

Restaurant were filthy with dirty tables and much rubbish on floor. Chips were somewhat fresh, but definitely could have done with more cooking as mostly they were soft and flacid on the outside and a firm chew on the inside. I still ate them and didn't return them so yes, edible. Just. Hamburger missing onions. They just aren't the same without the onion. And I don't know if you can call them pickles if you only get one.

I would give this McDonalds zero stars if I could. The staff need some serious training around customer service! We waited 25minutes for our meal, another customer in front of us waited 25minutes just for some nuggets! The staff move around slowly, zero acknowledgement towards customers, we got quite frustrated as while we're standing there waiting, staff members were just standing around having a chat! Its unacceptable! Not to mention by the time we got our food, our sauces were missing, chips were cold and we were given the wrong drink which I dont understand how they couldve done that while moving at snail pace. And as for the manager on duty at the time, maybe get off your phone, manage your team and get in and actually help. And when a customer let's you know we were waiting another 5 minutes just for a McChicken Sauce, don't give us attitude and act like it's such an inconvenience.Disgusting.

Quarter pounder had almost zero ketchup, one gherkin. When I went to counter to ask for ketchup, lazy manager simply referred my request to another staff member even tho she was standing right next to the ketchup!Food took ages (only a burger and a sundae), staff were disinterested, just joking among themselves and hardly working. Really a deplorable operation.

Not good, got my coffee than 10 minutes later my banana bread, asked if they could toast it . Got my banana bread , coffee going cold. It's not customer service that is questionable, it's their people skills . I guess the internet doesn't teach politeness & manners.

Its a clean maccas, friendly staff. There have been a couple mistakes with orders, and the Milkshake machine is hit or miss (that said seems to be a common problem for every McDonalds). Note to McDonalds, just get whatever problem is sorted out with the Milkshake Machine (I read on the interwebs its a training issue on how to operate the machine, but who knows if that's really it).

A very busy Macas but on the main highway heading north as you come into Coffs Harbour.Buy fuel and then stop for a quick bite at Macas or other eateries in this strip.I only stop for the coffee...don't like the food.One good thing was being able to be served at the counter instead if using the digital screens.The girls were all helpful and happy.I noticed the manager constantly checking everything out throughout the store and gave encouraging words to the girls in the Mcafe section.It was nice to sit on a cushioned seat that wasn't full of grease and a clean table.Although outside area was busy I managed to find a close by car park.

Absolutely filthy bathrooms, and staff more interested in f**king about with each other than serving customers. The ladies bathroom had ill-fitting toilet seats, a sanitary disposal unit so dusty you wouldn’t use it if paid to, mirrors streaked with ‘cleaner’, the filthiest floors I’ve ever seen, and no hooks on any of the doors… Was I supposed to sit my handbag on the floor? Hard no. Oh, and the Dyson hand dryer crapped out after three seconds. A Dyson! Even it wanted to die in this place. My friend and I opted to leave without purchasing; the place was absolutely revolting, and clearly there were no adults in charge. Eat here if you want a free side order of hepatitis.

The dirtiest McDonald's store I've ever been in. We had to wipe down a table before we could even sit down to eat. This is not the first time we've been here and nothing has changed. On the last visit whilst travelling through I actually asked someone to wipe a table, the place is a disgrace!The meat on the burgers were dry and some of the chips were too solid to even chew!The owner should be ashamed of owning a restaurant like this, perhaps they need to review their staff!!
