This pharmacy is very clean and bright, great layout. My initial visit I didn't find the female pharmacist too keen or friendly to help with my query, the second time the male and another female were very helpful. Until I went to pay. I was over charged by $30.00. When I went back and spoke with the pharmacist he was more than happy to amend the price. Now I could be wrong (Based on one other review below me), but I feel these guys over charge scripts on purpose. Unless you pull them up on it... Keep your eyes peeled and they will match discount pharmacy prices.

Was just served by a blonde lady who lacked basic courtesy and couldnt even crack a smile when i walked up. She was short and blunt and i was going to let it slide until i went to pay by card, and she rated herself a 9 for the survey on the eftpos machine before turning it to me to pay. Last i checked its up to the customer to give the rating, not the staff member.

Megan did a stunning job with my Glam make up. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable-I was thrilled with the result. Megan is a trained professional who knows her products well. She even gave me a beautiful little five minutes of skincare and facial massage before we began. Thank you Megan; I’ll be back!

Although the store is a chain, it feels much more like a family run independent chemist. Carmen in the pharmacy is so knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel brushed aside or rushed when I ask her questions.Fal at the register is very sweet and quick - important qualities when working with people who may be dealing with health issues.I find this store to be much better than the other pharmacy warehouse store in town.
