I have dealt with a number of real estate agents and agencies over the years; John Pye RE and in particular Georgia Pike has been amazing! A class way above the rest. Combined! She is always super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ultra responsive. She organises tradies and responds to requests always professionally and no delays or “fuss”. We were with Laing and Simmons before changing over to John Pye Real Estate. Can't be happier with the level of service. At first we were impressed by John Pye's integrity and wisdom in the family run business. His guidance and advice was invaluable. John was hands on until everything sorted themselves out as far as finding a new tenant was concerned. Barbara took over after that, but the service continued to be of very high quality. It has now been 18 months since we changed. If you are not happy with your current property manager, I have no hesitation in recommending John Pye Real Estate.

John Pye have managed my rental property in Hornsby on two separate occasions. The property is still rented and I am impressed by their quick response to both my requests and the renters request.
