Harmony Centre Sydney South
A peaceful, calm environment where you can attend great meditation sessions. The meditation is uplifting and healing and uses mantra to achieve this. The people are friendly and welcoming. There is also yoga and a Healing Clinic once a month where you can receive a quality energy healing (offered by donation, as are nearly all the events). I highly recommend this Centre to all people, whether you are new to meditation or an experienced meditator.
