This shop is a joke, the staffs (or maybe one of them) need to learn how to speak to customers. The shop had no customers and I was asking how long I had to wait, then the guy(he had moustache and a beard) was agressively saying the staff went to toilet so I asked back how far is toilet? then he agressively replied do you wanna go and check it? What a joke. Soon as I heard that, I left and I went to another Optus world to get much better and prompt service.This place need to train staffs how to serve customers. I am never going back to this store.

Optus used to be customer focused. Now it's a stock standard script they run on you. It's OK I guess, but it a far cry from the 2010 era optus that would go out of their way to make sure you got a good deal.

Got a Samsung S23 of the Indooroopilly store, I was hoping they would help me to set it up the phone, but than they told me we can't do that for you I am a elderly person how can they expect me to do this. I decided to go to Optus store in Orion Springfieldlakes, and saw the girl Salwa and ask if she could help me this was not a issue for her , she did it straight away for me, why can't Indooroopilly not do this, while Springfieldlakes can do this.

This used to be one of the best stores around, had used them since the opened.HOWEVER, there staff just simply don’t care about their customers any more.There is always a 45 minute wait.There staff are clearly untrainedStaff lost my warranty repairHave now started using another store at Mt Ommanny.

The only helpful staff member is Caley. The rest of them have zero customer service. 1 star is too many stars for this store. Some staff members have been there for a couple of years. I guess their lack of professionalism and abhorrent customer service has encompassed this store like the plague!

Had an amazing interaction with the agent AJ over the phone. He helped me in ordering a iPhone 14 pro max over the phone with a great plan. He has an amazing phone manner! I’d be happy to deal with him again!

staff in here always seem to be busy with something, and i was kept waiting for so so long even though my enquiry only needed 3 minutes or less. Optus is a great network but the staff in here have no idea about customer service.

Absolutely brilliant service and staff.After issues with Brookside Optus, Indooroopilly listened well and acted on the Ref# from Optus and my ID to issue me an activated sim card.I was so grateful for common-sense to prevail. I difference in service was like chalk and cheese.
