I love stepping into the Urban Spa off Oxford Street ~ it smells divine and I can always find the best skincare. I've had a few massages here as well as a facial including LED Light Therapy and have also seen Dr Frank for medi spa treatments. Really like the style and options available here. From the moment I walked in I was relaxed. Every time I step through the door my worries and cares melt away and I know I’m in good hands. The technicians are wonderful and always willing to work with you to find the optimal pressure for your body and what technique is going to relax you the most.It’s perfect for a relaxing day away from it all. Iris provided the most exceptional, attentive service for my massage. She was so kind and really took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted to focus on. She left me feeling so relaxed and helped reduce some of my gym soreness also. Highly recommend!

I always love going to Stephanie's because they are always so lovely and welcoming and really take the time and effort to make it a special experience for you where you feel pampered. The only slight complaint i have is my feet are always so cold during a massage so would love if you could have heated blankets to put on feet.
