Its a good agency if you want to obtain your qualification in nursing career but thats about it. But if you want to work with them as a casual staff beware of their higher staff called BIBI. Atleast thats what everyone calls her over there. She is very biased and manipulative to give you shifts. Some of the shifts that you obviously would know would be yours as you been working there for so long for that particular facility, would be taken off you suddenly and give to some BIBI's favourite employees because that's public holiday shift and extra money. Bibi would take that advantage away from you and give to someone else who is her favourite.The whole staff there is aware of that as well as the owner and would not do anything about that because they are lazy to find a replacement for her even though they do not like her as well.
