I had my procedure done here yesterday, my appointment was for 10 am but my procedure started after 3:30pm whereas patients with later appointments were done much before me. They were all with the same doctor.I strongly believe that doctors friends were given priority and booked in many extra patients than the capacity.I had a massive headache due to dehydration, I haven’t had water since night before and also didn’t receive any results, I was just told make a appointment after two weeks

Dr Omid Zarghom is an great doctor, I myself and my friends had our procedures done with him. I have done endoscopy 3 times with other doctors. However, this experience was exceptional and can not recommend him enough. All the best for him.

I had a positive experience at Healthwoods. The reception and all the staff were friendly and helpful, the whole process was straightforward.Dr Nicolaou is an excellent specialist. He is thorough and caring, gets to the crux of the problem. Highly recommend.

I am 40 years old and I had my first gastroscopy and colonoscopy last week with Dr Tasos Nicolaou, after he came highly recommended to me by my brother as well as my GP.I am not a person who likes to see a doctor often but after having stomach pains for quite some time I decided to go.I was very nervous about the process but after speaking with Dr Nicolaou and him explaining everything to me from start to finish, I was much more relaxed and at ease, especially after seeing how confident he is in his work. That was a massive plus for me.Apart from this all the staff were lovely, caring and professional and evidently I was worried about nothing.Thank you to Dr Nicolaou in particular and to all the staff at Healthwoods Endoscopy Centre, I can't recommend you guys highly enough. 5 stars!

I recently took my uncle for a gaestroentorological assessment. Dr Nicolaou was the treating and assessing specialist who from the beginning was highly professional and comforting to my uncles needs during the assessment. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant during the whole process. This includes all staff from downstairs and the nursing staff upstairs. I highly recommend Dr Nicolaou and Healthwoods endoscopy centre very professional and caring process that made this all very easy for the family.

I have been a patient of Dr Nicolaou for quite a number of years. His service is excellent. In every consultation I had with Dr Nicolaou he made me feel very comfortable and he addressed all my questions patiently and very clearly. I came to do my procedure today. I was very nervous and scared as the doctor said they were going to be me to sleep. However, my fear was quickly resolved by the exceptional customer service of Tracy and Mia. They were very patient and kind with me. They took their time and they explained to me the progress of the procedure. Then the RN nurse, Khanh came and took me inside to do the paperwork. He was very gentle when doing the health check. I also met nurse Jimmy, he was checking up on me especially after my procedure. He was ensuring that I was happy with the procedure and feel comfortable with my stay. Thank you Healthwoods staffs, you are amazing!!

This place is fantastic. The whole experience including the reception staff interactions, the caring nurses and Dr Nicolaou whom obviously is at the top of this field in Australia provide 10/10 service.Dr Nicolaou is straight to the point and his experience speaks for itself. I would highly recommend his services to anybody requiring a gastroenterologist to pay him a visit and you will not be disappointed with the service provided.Thank you Dr Nicolaou and team.

I have been attending this centre since 2016, however more often recently. I have been under the care of Dr Nicolaou. I must say, Dr Nicolaou has changed my life for the better. He is one of the most caring doctors I have consulted and has been available to answer any questions both after hours and also while he was overseas. To date, i have been very happy with the treatment provided by Dr Nicolaou, the constant follow ups and the management of the disease. On a different note, the ladies at reception have also been a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend this centre, in particular, Dr Nicolaou to my friends, family and colleagues.
