Absolutely disgusting service. Got there at 10:20pm they close at 11:00pm on Friday night. I sat there for 5 minutes then the lights went of 2 minutes later the girl though the speaker said we’re closed drive though in really stern voice. Won’t be coming back.

The burgers USED to be BETTER at Hungry Jack's...It's such a pity that the standard of the food doesn't match the nice new premises...I know that lettuce became a bit scarce a few months ago, but everyone has moved on... you could count the shreds of (I assume it was) lettuce on my burger on two hands... Any resemblance between the burger I was given and the picture of the one I paid for was only because of the bun...Lift your game Hungry Jack's West Gosford - you can and SHOULD do BETTER otherwise CHANGE your tag line - otherwise you're guilty of fraud...

Deducted food star due to having been given whip cream 2x and if was off tasted so bad I had to throw my iced coffee straight in the bin. But the food was great and the service was good.

In torrential rain extremely poor lighting caused an accident. Management refused to help or admit to safety issues. Definitely a place to avoid

There have been quite a few times that they have forgotten things that I've ordered. I'm always checking to make sure everything is in there before I leave. Lovely staff, usually fairly quiet, but I think they need to pay more attention on their orders and making sure that the customers get everything they ordered.

Quite good modern interior with nice amenities. Food was made fresh and the staff were very nice although it’s busy with them juggling the drive through and counter. Overall a pleasant experience, but there’s not much space to sit inside, it’s more of a take away restaurant.

I understand that it may not have been Hungry Jacks fault that I received the wrong order from Menulog but the service I received when I called to ask what I could do about it was shockingly bad. The girl had no interest in trying to help. No sympathy. Rudely told me that it's not Hungry Jacks issue and to call Menulog. I asked for a contact number for Menulog and she explained that it wasn't her job to provide that. I asked if there were any checks done at the restaurant when it was handed out. She pretty much told me she wouldn't entertain the conversation and hung up. She should never work in customer service of any kind.

Ordered food through uber eats, only got the drunks and 2 out of 3 burgers, and no chips. And one of the burgers was wrong. Cost $107Complete scam.
