Amazing place to take your kids. The management is amazing and the carers are even better. I would totally recommend this daycare

My daughter has been attending here for the last year and absolutely loves it. The staff are so kind and helpful. Beautiful big playground outside and lots of learning activities.

My little man is 4, and has been attending St Bernards since he was 1. As others have mentioned, there have been a few issues when new management came in suddenly and drastically changed the place, along with this a mass staff walkout really stripped and changed the feel of the place and for a while there it felt sterile, and not at all like the warm welcoming family owned environment that attracted us in the first place. Staff were starting, and then leaving and it felt like it was really uncertain during this time. Whilst this was happening i took my little one out for some of the days he attended, and put him in another daycare (not on the mountain, down on the gold coast). I have since put him back in St Bernards (for all of his days) a few months ago as things have really truly settled down. This year has been great. I am also of the understanding the management who came in and changed things and who were were responsible for trying to run this place like a sterile chain type daycare are no longer and will not be back, and it shows. The removal of industry mandates have seen some of the lovely original faces return and the girls currently there have been there a while (including some of the original crew of lovely staff), all of who deserve a medal for putting up with the changes and bumpy ride it has been. But it is no longer the case, the centre has stabilized and it is back to the same warm and welcoming environment it always was. The crown jewel are the most beautiful and caring, compassionate and wonderful staff. I adore this daycare for the way it is not just watch your child" like the other centre we attended on the GC

My son had a great experience at St Bernards Village Child Care, he was more than ready to go to school after completing their preschool year. My daughter also loves her daycare! She gets sad when it isn't a daycare day". Amazing

My daughter is in the pre-prep room and the staff are fantastic. In fact all of the staff at this kindy are amazing. They are happy, professional, positive and extremely caring. The rooms are bright, clean and cheerful and the outdoor playground areas are really large. The teachers are doing an amazing job preparing my daughter for school next year. The food is also wonderful. My daughter loves the food and always eats really well (a variety of healthy kid friendly meals). This is a beautiful kindy run by passionate, kind, smiling staff.I love this kindy. 5 stars

I have had similar experience as previous review. My daughter attended centre two years ago and it was great. However they then had mass exit of staff during ownership changes and it went from amazing to shocking. We were really unhappy and we pulled her out and went elsewhere. However a friend told me things had changed a lot and new management had taken over once again. So we decided to try there again. She has been attending now for several weeks and I am really happy. A lot of old staff have come back and the organisation, cleanliness communication etc is great. The centre is really clean unlike some daycares in area and the outdoor area and activities etc are wonderful. We are so happy with changes. And encourage others to trust the centre again and come back or start here afresh.

We have been attending St Bernards Village Childcare for over 10 years, with three of our children coming through. Over the years there have been many changes but I have found the new management team to be truly outstanding. The new director is so open, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I absolutely love the passion that every educator brings to the centre. KB is totally in love with her teacher and she is thriving under her guidance and care. The educators feel appreciated and supported and this shines through in their fantastic approach to educating our children. The classrooms and yards are also being totally transformed into a welcoming, child friendly environment with so many exciting new areas and things to explore. I highly recommend St Bernards and will be very sad when it comes time to say goodbye for the final time.
