Heart and Soul Yoga
There are yoga studios and there is Heart & Soul. I have enjoyed a few yoga studios in Sydney but nothing compares to the warm inviting atmosphere of Heart & Soul. Bianca is a loving and nurturing teacher with an amazing talent on the singing bowls. The energy that you feel at the end of the session leaves you feeling totally uplifted and energized. This yoga studio, and all of the wonderful teachers cater to each and every ability.

Heart and Soul, is a sanctuary. A safe place where there is no judgement. A safe haven where you can grow, strengthen, and be nourished by the teachings of Bianca and her team. Yoga is for everyone, whether you have years of experience or just simply curious. Bianca and her team will make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in.

An amazing place! Bianca creates a divine, healing & beautiful experience every class, with singing, music & a lovely practise in a relaxed, fun & nurturing atmosphere. The yoga teachers all obviously love what they do, with various styles that cater to all needs & abilities. So good!

Bianca is a lovely positive soul. Her class was great her space is very nice.The sound bowls at the end were transcending!I've tried all of the classes and all of the teachers and the classes are very good.See you again.

I really appreciate the community of tranquillity and calmness created at Heart and Soul Yoga.We all seem to have such busy lives now, so stepping into this ‘sanctuary’ is always a pleasure. The teachers are excellent and create a zen like atmosphere in each class. Thank you H&S!

Heart and Soul Yoga
It took me years to finally set foot in to a yoga studio and when I did I found my self in the Heart & Soul Yoga Cronulla Studio. The new owner Bianca is an amazing teacher and incorporates beautiful music in to the classes. All the students are friendly and welcoming. The studio is gorgeous with bamboo floors, sun and a place to leave your mat. No matter if it is your first time or you have mastered yoga you will be welcomed with open arms and look forward to seeing you on the mat with us. Cheers Scott

I've been attending Yoga with Bianca at this beautiful studio for a few months and loving it for the Vinyasa sessions, the Yin sessions and especially the sound bath for healing at the completion of each session its uplifting my energy, increasing my strength and friendly.Very much recommended.
