OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SUPPORT.Really cant say enough about these guys, I had an issue with a bag through another supplier that would not help with a fault and Maxxum being the distributor stood by their product. They have a new customer for it now. Thanks again Glenn. This company is for real. Got a new bag replacement.

AMAZING customer service. 1000% recommend! definitely worth visiting the warehouse and meeting the lovely staff!This happened weeks ago and I'm not one to right reviews but I had such a good experience that I can't stop thinking about it and HAD to right one. I had experienced many issues with other companies when buying a camera bag and was put in a very urgent situation whereby I needed to get my hands on this bag within a day. I came across Maxxum and immediately called. I was so stressed and freaked out about pricing yet Glen was so lovely and helpful. They didn't have my size in stock but as any good salesman does he offered me alternate options of sizes (unlike every other company I contacted), he was so helpful! organised price matching! Getting refunds/exchange if needed! He even invited me down to the warehouse and showed me all the bags to get a better Idea of what I was buying. Offered delivery for the next day but no need as I went straight down. He had incredible knowledge of his stock and was brilliant at helping me decide which bag to purchase. Never walked away so happy from and drive up to sunshine!!In all honesty, I wish the warehouse had a shop front because its a shame that they weren't easier to find. 1000% GOING BACK for any future purchase!!! Without a doubt, they were a million times better than any standard retail employee or retail company!The bag was also brilliant quality!
