Tumby Bay Caravan Park

Very rude park manager /Extenuating circumstance had us needing to book at 5.26pm. Left a few messages as prompted & left call back. Made an online booking & paid for cabin as no return phone call from park.Made it to the park @ 6.36pm & rang after hours mobile.Met by hostile man, who said they were fully booked & had no cabins available. I explained I had booked & paid for a cabin online. Reluctantly he passed over a key but persistently told me the park shut at 5pm. Very rude again in the morning - such a shame as we have stayed before & never had such a hostile & rude welcome or farewell. Time to retire sour old Man you have no place in customer service.

Great staff,owners friendly and accommodating. Sites were good,amenities clean. Close to beach and a 12 minute walk to town.Thanks RobHighly recommend

Our stay here was very homily, as the kids were treated as if they belonged here, Rob and other staff are always friendly and will share any local information they have that might help with your stay.The only con we found was that the towns high water pressure will test your vans plumbing.

Great little park, nice clean amenities, tidy park right on the shore, staff are friendly we will definitely be back.

I love Tumby however the staff at the caravan park are very rude, double book sites that you have specifically asked for and enjoy making a scene in front of other guests and your children. If you stay here make sure you don't stay a minute over 10am on checkout or else you will be harassed multiple times when clearly your van is almost ready to go.

Nice, clean and grassy powered site. Amenities were clean and showers were very nice. Would stay again, shame the jetty was closed though

Caravan park is really nice, we were camping.. the toilet block was old but they kept it clean.. love how they had baths for young kids, made it a lot easier.. close to the beach and about a ten minute walk to the shops.. my only criticism is their wifi wasn’t great..

What a great little caravan park! We were only stopping over for one night, but next time I would stay longer. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean and tidy. The camp kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. The toilets and showers were very clean and tidy, with local radio playing in them all day and night. We used a powered site for our campervan and have no complaints at all.For dinner we went to the Tumby Bay Hotel and this has to be one of the friendliest pubs we have ever been to. We were invited into conversation as soon as we walked in and had a great time. I would recommend eating there as the food was excellent.Stay at the Tumby Bay Caravan Park, you won't be disappointed.

Nice caravan park but nothing much to do. Can't go to the jetty because it's close.Would be good for the council/ government to fix the jetty and get it open to public.The place will be more popular.

Friendly, clean, with front row having nice outlook to ocean. Two amenities blocks well spaced across the park. + 2 camp kitchens. Plenty of trees, some grass between sites, but mainly gravel sites
