These guys are amazing, they are so knowledgeable at what they do. Cannot express enough how positive the experience is at mycar Belconnen, they are not kmart tyre rebranded like I thought, they are owned by Continental tyres. They are enthusiastic at what they do and so friendly, very comfortable going there and will definitely recommend. We'll done guys at Belconnen, can't thank you enough.

I just bought a second hand car a few weeks earlier, went to the mall and the car died. I went past these guys and met Jordan who was courteous, understanding and so prompt to help. Got me back on the road in 15 mins.I can't thankJordan and the team enough. Outstanding!!!

Very very bad customer service, and management from all accounts. Left without my vehicle for 17 days, and always had to make calls to the store. Zero communication from ‘the manager’ JordanHad my vehicle at this place for some work. It was in for relatively minor works, and was advised I would receive a call to explain what was needed after inspecting, and car would be ready for pick up at 4pm same day. No call by 230pm, so I called and was told they will find out the status and call me back. Got a call back at 4pm to be advised car was not ready for pick up, parts have been ordered and they will be 1 week. After waiting 8 days for any calls, none were forthcoming. I called them… and was told car still not ready, but could be made drive-able so I could pick it up. Was told I would get a call by 10am the next day to advise. No call received next day, or for another 7 days so I call them. Again, I am advised car is not ready and they cannot give me a day/time when it will be ready as they do not know where the parts are…. I then had to negotiate with the manager a pick up for the next day with all work except the waiting parts, and I would pick up at 12pm next dayArrive next day for pick up. Car not ready, and it had a problem worse than when it was dropped off as they had fitted a wrong partNeedless to say I picked up my vehicle and will never go back

Great service from the team at mycar Belconnen as always. Helped me with braking warning light and didn't even charge me for it. Highly recommend!

Replaced two tyres for a reasonable price, fitting me in within only a couple of days. Good service, happy with the quality and price. Can’t say fairer than that.

Excellent service. Our car was well taken care of for its routine service, and the staff are friendly even when they are busy. Keegan was able to find us an available date and time that suited us which made my wife happy.
