I have been a customer at Discount Pharmacy for years and get my daily chemotherapy tablets from there. It has now changed to Wizard which coincided with the worst service I’ve had in years. Utterly disappointing, bring the skilled and attentive pharmacists back please!

I shop here a lot as I find the range of products and prices excellent. I particularly want to mention the lovely Naomi. It's an absolute joy to be greeted by her - always smiling and helpful. She is a real asset to your store!

Hi, I’d just like to thank the Pharmacist at Discount Drug Stores Warwick. Found her so helpful during a time of need . Had a very sick child and rushed into the closest pharmacy. The advice and medication given was first class. I’ll be back can’t recommend enough. Thank you.

Just came back from a very rude interaction with a staff member from this store, signage everywhere says Discount Drugstore, they are in the middle of transitioning to Wizard Pharmacy which I had no knowledge of, asked for something advertised in the Discount Drugstore Catalogue, and was told this is not that Franchise anymore and would not even price match, you would think that while transitioning they would honour prices, and inform customers of what’s going on, to keep the customers happy and coming back. Well guess what? I went to the Kingsley Discount Drugstore and got my item and got excellent customer service!

Never again. Script for gout tabs went from $6.50 in November to $14.99 today.I will never darken their doorway to be ripped off like that again.

They got the dose wrong on my wife's prescription (double the dose). We learned this after she was hospitalised.We went back after she was out of hospital. They said sorry, but didn't seem that phased about the situation.Overall, unhappy with the situation and response.Wife's liver and kidneys are ok (not that they asked).Edit: We have now learned this has had a negative effect on my wife's liver, and reduced its functionality.I have also discovered they are discount in name only. Shop around.Edit #2: In response to Owner. We came into the store when the issue was discovered to discuss it (after my wife was out of hospital). That was the prime opportunity to discuss it. Given that my wife has begun talking to AHPRA, it would likely be inappropriate to have a discourse with you.

Love shopping here the staff are always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been shopping here for years and Naomi always goes out of her way with her very friendly advise. Thankyou Naomi I won't go anywhere else.

never again will i shop here.it took 10 minutes to convince the staff member to give me unrestricted, over the counter medication. I had to prove symptoms and even show photographic evidence before she would get the product.THEN.. after that hassle, i get to the counter and the product is a full DOUBLE the price that it is available at other chemists.Edit: after the store's reply, no it was not pseudoeffedrine based drugs, it was eye drops. Nothing on the controlled substance list at all.. Thank you for assuming I'm a meth head.

This is my pharmacy I go to all the time they are really lovely nothing is too much trouble lots of gift ideas and for those personal needs
