Tea Nails

Shocking ! This used to be the best place for nails . Now the prices have gone up and quality way down. Had a pedi today and it was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere . She put ZERO effort into it . My feet were left rough and dry . HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I asked if they could do a style on my toe nails and she said yea we can but with gel is better it will cost more.. so I said no I’ll just have normal nail polish and no style. She got this older lady to do my pedicure, she forgot to do half the things on one foot and just did it on the other foot, I let it go cos I thought she’s old she probably forgets. By the time she was painting my toe nails I realised she was using gel. The other worker came close to us to pick something up and she started talking to her in their language and I heard gel in the conversation. Went back and forth and she left and the old lady said to me, I forgot to tell you that gel is $55 so I said but I asked for normal nail polish, and she says to me I asked you if you wanted normal or gel and you said gel (she never did ask me, if she did, I did not understand her) the other worker next to us said gel is better anyway because it last longer.. me not feeling confrontational at the time I just took it and paid for it. But never again am I going there.. on top of that their eftpos machine was not “working” and I didn’t have my card to take money out only my phone, so they got me to deposit the money and then she asked me to text the receipt which I didn’t like because now they have my number. I do not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely ruined the shape of my toenails. Asked for French tip, the lady was going to only put white at the top of my toes without putting any polish underneath. I asked her to put a colour underneath and she did. Finishing product looked like I could have done it better myself. On top of that the eftpos machine was not working (common thing here) and they told me to go to an ATM. I only had my phone on me so I had to transfer money over. Extremely unprofessional.

I went to Tea Nails yesterday Morning.I waited 30 minutes as staff were late.The lady that did my nails was very rough, i had to pull my hands away multiple times as it very painful.My nails are uneven and the shape is not consistant.She put the wrong size tips on my nails and then drilled the sides of my nails down which caused my nails to bleed.My fingers are in pain today still.

Great service, family owned and operated they take pride in their work and always make time to fit you in even if they have to stay back after work how awsome is that?. I love that the nail tech is always happy to have a chat. They also keep up with the latest trends. Highly recommend. Water and coke offered whilst in this nail salon most places don't offer this. Definitely the best nail salon in the shopping centre and very competitive pricing.

Had a pedicure yesterday. Have a infection beginning in one of my toe nails today. I wonder if the tools were properly sanitized...The shape of the acrylic nails on my hands is also not what I asked for. Would give a 0/5 if I could. Way over charged, rude service and you cannot understand what the staff are saying. Not because of their accent but because they talk so quietly in such a busy space.

I love this nail salon !! I’ve been going here for about a year and have referred many friends and family. We are never disappointed which is why we all keep coming back. All the workers are very respectful and care about your pedicure or manicure during their time with you.

I’m a regular there every single month or 3 weeks.. for many yearsThis time they were in a rush and didn’t have the shellac on my acrylic on for long and it chipped half a week laterWhen I went back to have them fix it (complete waste of my time on a work day) they wanted to charge me $30 to fix their error.Even the owner bluntly said nothing I can do unjust have done something to it.In the end I only got one finger fixed which was chipped worse with half the colour gone had to pay then $5.No loyalty what do ever, I’ve spent thousands at this place and they couldn’t care less to Kee me happy.Absolutely appalled at thru customer service. Do not recommend them. Zero humanity, they’re just robots
