Excellent Steam & Dry Cleaning Service

I got my carpets, bathroom and Kitchen cleaned from Excellent Cleaning last week. They explained and educated me the whole procedure. The bathroom and the kitchen looks brand new. The cleaner used 165c hot steam with no chemicals to clean the tiles and grout plus the floor. Not even my carpets looks spanking new but they are sanitized, anti-bacterial with non-toxic chemicals which are safe for my family and my dog. I highly recommend Excellent Cleaning to everyone.

We arranged an end-of-lease cleaning service more than a week in advance. On the day, after we arranged to be available at the apartment, the cleaner turned up late, greeted us and then decided that he wouldn't like to perform the service we'd arranged and left without telling us. Leaving us in a very tight spot.When we then tried to call Excellent Cleaning to find out what had happened, the owner refused to take our calls. No help, no suggestions for other providers and it doesn't even seem to have been a question of money (as they didn't ask for any extra).Abysmal service from both the cleaners and the coordinating team and ultimately, unusably-unreliable for a very time-sensitive service.

I had flood damage in my house. They responded immediately and saved me from great disaster. All stains were removed. I shall use their services again, if required.

Always punctual and very reliable. Carpet looks brand new after steam clean. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

RUINED my carpets and was rude about it. The carpet had been steam cleaned multiple times before but after excellent cleaned them big ripples and lifting occurred. Not only that the communication was poor when requesting he come to look at it. When he finally did he said it's not his problem. The carpet is lifted so much that it's being tripped on. Really disappointing.

The team was on time, very efficient and good value for money. They did a great job and would recommend to anyone.

Have used this service twice now and have been extremely happy with the work. Great results for steam cleaned carpets and clean, fresh air from our ducted heating vents! Very efficient service and friendly as well. Great to work with and will use in the future.
