Buyer beware. Engaged this company to conduct Building & pest inspection on a site unseen property that we purchased from Raine & Horne Townsville. Report stated NONE of the major & minor building defects that we have had to rectify over the last 2 months. Very disappointed…

Efficient, professional service at an affordable price. Nothing too much trouble, and just got on with the job. Advised about future treatments and timing, when required. Clearly stated that if I wasn't happy with the service they would happily return and rectify any issues. I have not had to do that so far. All work guaranteed.

Throughout this time they have never missed an appointment, and have always exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a company that is as multi faceted as TPM is, with the ability to carry through that same level of professionalism, quality products and services throughout all areas of the business. For Chris and his team nothing seems to be to much trouble, always going that extra mile to ensure that a job is not just done, but completed properly.
