Your staff really need to be trained properlyPlaced an order via uber to then have not 1 but 2 uber drivers to say they spoke to staff and said the shop is closedSo why did the staff accept the order in the first place? Hungry Jack's Burgers Bass Hill
Every time I come to drive thru, they make me wait half an hour for my meal in the waiting bay. I find this pretty annoying as I normally grab it in a rush. I'd rather to go to a proper restaurant as they can make my meal faster. It wasn't even busy when I go, so I'm not sure why it would take them so long to make one meal?

We ordered triple whooper cheese burger with the iced coffee with pearls. We paid for $20.70 but they gave us the iced coffee with pearls and the normal burger! We just saw it after we drove out for 15mins! What a ripoff!! Plus they didnt give us any receiptsI called the bass hill one via phone number and it didnt work i called the company and nothing happened. Not impressed at all

Hit and miss here. Sometimes they make it fresh. Sometimes they just microwave the burgers, I know this because the bread is steaming hot. Almost too hot to touch even though I don’t ask for it to be steamed.

Omg.....Wasn't going to bother writing a review but I just thought people need to know at basshill hungry jacks they will never have shakes they run out of everything and the service is so unprofessional there staff need training there rude and think you have all the time in the world to watch them socialise I always say I'm never going there again but being on my way home I feel ok Ill try em again but everytime I do I never enjoy it and get stuck in a queue. Don't waste your time stopping at this hungry jacks drive onto the next one

Coming here 23.16pm to get some Food but Doors already closed. Staff showed me thats it for today, but when I look at opening hours, clearly says midnight. Very disappointing

If I could give this below one star I would. I’m fasting in Ramadan and made sure i ordered early but clearly hungry jacks don’t care I waited an hour for my food and it didn’t show up and it tried to tell me to wait an extra 2 hours. Absolutely disgusting, will never be ordering from here again, shame on you.

Tables dirty, sugars hard food was thrown into bags, manager did not seem phased! It’s a restaurant that should be cool in temp and spotless! Lot to improve
