I took a new shoe to get polished, I was worried about the color will be made different.They did it efficiently and they didn’t charge me, even punched two holes for my belt. You made my day! Thanks. Definitely will come next time.Overall they’re very Friendly, Professional & Timely. Would recommend to anyone who need shoes repair and shoes care.

Brett was extremely rude, we requested two sets of keys and explained it to him, when he got it wrong he was rude to us and asked us to pay for his mistake.After we refused to pay for his mistake, he sat there gossiping with his co-worker while we were still infront of the store, really loud and arrogant, will never return to Brett.

I had my partners necklace fixed here, the first engraving was spelt wrong at a previous store. Mister Minit went over it in no time at all, fixed the spelling and made it look 100 times better.Definitely recommend

I got quotes $20 for first 20 letter at another nearby Mister Mint location. I decided to show up at this location assuming the price would be the same. The pricing wasn’t as straight forward as the other location. When asked what’s the cost for engraving, he told me to write down the word first before he would be able to give me a quote. The words was 15 letters long and he gave a price of $32. Quiet a big difference in pricing between the two location. I was happy with the craftsmanship, just not the pricing.

This place cheated about car key battery. Battery flatted after 2 months. They said because of car system at first. Then they told me don’t use Panasonic battery here. There is no point for me to change battery at somewhere else or i change it myself. Whatever they put in my car key, only God knows. If everyone can change battery themselves, I would see you queue up in Centrelink. They put low quality battery at first, second they change to the right one. That’s how they run business. Anywhere else is ok but not this place in Parkmore. There is a place in the front of Kmart way much better and they don’t cheat clients. I would give this place negative rating but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest.

I took my favourite (very worn) work heels to be resoled. Picked them up today. What an amazing job they did..! They look and feel like new. Very quick and friendly service. I won't go anywhere else. Promise I'll bring them to you before I destroy them next time..!
