Disgusting customer service. Ordered through drive-thru and chips were stale and looked foul. I called to ask for a refund and was told they don't do that, eventually manager asked me for my name and phone number, afterwards she refused to answer and put the phone next to something that was beeping loudly. This is ridiculous, train your staff better.

very nice service a young girl i think her name tag said Mia was friendly and very sweet 10/10 would recommend. but i saw one of the workers have a tantrum over feedback because she gave a meat burger to a vegan she was very unprofessional

This is one of the better fast food restaurants in the area, they more often than not provide great food and great service. The very few times something wasn't good it was remedied quickly without incident. Would highly recommend this establishment and commend them for doing what most other restaurants fail to do... Serve quality food that is worth the price.

Best fast food I’ve had in wodonga in a long time. 12.00pm The staff at the register were super friendly and took my order right away. I ordered the crispy chicken cheesy bacon medium meal. The chips were hot and fresh, and the burger was hot fresh and crispy perfect amount of sauce. Real chicken breast not that fake stuff. My order was ready before I could fill my drink cup. Great job guys

We just went through the drive through for some toasted sandwiches, waited 12 mins in the carpark, and then had to go into the store to collect our raw hashbrowns and toasted sandwiches that had black residue on them.

Worst hungry Jack's EVER.. food is never cooked properly, burgers come out cold, coffee is DISCUSTING!! toasted sandwiches come in stale cold bread and the cheese isnt even melted, and the service is pretty poor also. KEEP ON DRIVING, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET IT

Recently had lunch at the Whitebox rise store and was impressed with the polite friendly knowledgeable staff in attendance. My burger, onion rings and coffee were freshly made and hot. The atmosphere was hospitable, my queries regarding my Seniors card were explained respectfully. Well done to everyone.

Food is always cold ALWAYS. Hows it meets food safety regulations is beyond me.I brought my cheeseburger back in because it was cold after just going through the drive through for the manager to hand it back into the kitchen and direct them not to microwave it.Everytime we have eaten inside its disgusting so we just don't, tables absolutely covered in food and rubbish.

I forget the first name but a chap I believe Noel King really made our day by being exceptional not just with his service but we're going the extra mile.Also a lady called Indi was exceptional and even remembered my order the next time I came in when I said I'll have the same thing.My one piece of feedback is I prefer the English muffins for breakfast rather than the Turkish bread.

Went through the drive through and had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting bay.Got home, not even 5 minutes up the road, to cold burgers and hot onion rings (assuming that's what we waited for).Not sure what it's like as a walk in order but we have had to wait in a waiting bay each time we have ordered here (half a dozen times).The staff are always friendly.
