I was a client of this company i found a lack of support through XERO/HUBDOC left me to deal with iti had to pay them via direct debit ^& they stated to me it was because it was an ATO requirement i felt more or less i wasnt trusted to pay an invoiceMy BAS was always late not when i wanted it done they do things when there ready and they process through it allI went to another bookkeeper in cairns where they did my BAS for this quarter straight away they asked me questioned in relation to my deductionsThey found $500.00 worth of errors made by P&S COMPLETEand boy i was not happy with them they want there money but there service is not there i would not recommend them it has cost me more money to sort out there messI tried calling them they will not answer there phones
