Steven has just completed a full days work for me, including 6 new light fittings with rewiring and safety switches. Punctual, great communicator, and I am really happy with the work he has done. He went above and beyond to make sure all the finer details were attended to, and that I was satisfied at completion. Very reasonable rates also. I will be delighted to recommend him to others, and will certainly ask him back should I need more work done..

As I had never hired a tradie before, I was entering new territory. I had quite a clear idea of my needs, and I sent a short description to a number of electricians. Steven from KosPro Electrical picked up my enquiry. I am very, very happy that he did. I am extremely glad to have gone with KosPro Electrical. I went in with two different ideas of possible solutions: one was my preferred solution and was more involved, while the other solution would have done the job and been cheaper, but . . . I really wanted my preferred solution! They say that you get what you pay for. Most likely, you yourself will have specific ideas and preferences about the electrical and data work that gets done in your home or business or industrial setting; I encourage you to talk to Steven and KosPro Electrical because in this experience of mine they have welcomed and taken on board the customer's input on the work being done. So, have a think about what you would really like in your electrical and data work. Even the smaller details. Tell Steven: he will listen and do it for you. The work is made up of three parts: the physical preparation of our internal wiring for NBN (making our 1960s home 'NBN-ready'), a wired (ethernet) network in our home, and the replacement of a power point and light switch. The first part essentially required the renewal of our telephone line. On the second part, an ethernet network is more reliable than wifi alone, and the work done now, means that I can call Steven again when we want a new data-point in the future (for example, if we get a smart TV, or if a boarder moves in). The quality work done is also an investment in our property and adds value to it. To conclude, I wholeheartedly recommend Steven and KosPro Electrical for electrical and data work because their approach and experience have made the process productive and overwhelmingly successful. They went with my plans, shared my vision, and have achieved a terrific end-result.
