Betty's Burgers
I went with a couple friends here and had a great time! The customer service really was the best I had seen all day, which really provided for the atmosphere and made me want to come back. Ruby, our server, made the whole restaurant really friendly and comforting. She always made sure we were enjoying our time and food in the restaurant and that we didn’t need anything. I’m vegetarian, and I felt really understood when she kindly suggested an array of options she personally recommended for me.

This was the quality of the burgers we received today while ordering from Doordash. Highly disappointed ☹️.Missed out on cheese for the crispy chicken burger and only had a piece of tomato in it. The chicken was dry as well.

I have 2 kids who are both very messy, picky eaters, but our lovely server Edana was very understanding of our order and made sure I wasn't embarrassed by how much food my kids spilled! This is the first time I've ever eaten out with my kids and not had to feel ashamed of how much food they spill. The food was also lovely and I will definitely be coming back!

Consistently amazing burgers and fries.The frozen custard is a must and I'm writing this at 3qm so forgive my ignorance as to what they call it.It's definitely one of my go to burger places in Brisbane and a must try if you love your burgers!

Had a go at the Betty's Burgers today at Chermside located out in the upper restaurant area.Very satisfying fast service and top quality food.You go to the counter to order and pick up which is fine.We got the Betty's Double Burgers a side of chips, chicken strips a coke and a beer.The burgers were really well put together, patties are nice and thick full of flavour you can taste.10 styles on the menu so plenty to cater for all including the vegans with options for extras to personalise your burger.The chicken strips were absolutely phenomenal, the crispy seasoned coating makes you want more of them.I'll stop and just say definitely going back for another round and try the other burgers.

First we were told, quite rudely, that we had to wait to order before we could be seated, a group of ten, my husband & I both in our 70's. Then, we scored wobbly tables & chairs. While I understand they were busy today (school holidays) out of our 10 burgers (people in our group) 5 of them were cold especially the chicken ones! A food safety risk! All of our fries were cold as well. We have visited Bettys' at Surfers Paradise & always get excellent service & can't fault the food or staff there. I think this Bettys' Burgers needs a revamp,for all, policy, furniture & cooks!

I really enjoyed coming here. The food was super good. I love the chocolate peanut butter thick shake. The staff are also amazing! I was served by Yuiko who was super friendly and patient. She was great at helping me decide on what to get and was super nice. Definitely would come back.

Tasty burgers and sides. The beef and chicken burger classic options are great burgers with beautifully cooked patties and fresh salad. My only improvement would be to add more burger sauce as I felt they lacked that overall finishing touch a good amount of sauce can add to your burger. Onion rings and fries are cooked well with some good side sauce options to dip.

I've passed this place many times and decided to try it yesterday with my partner. We ordered a Spicy Chicken burger and a standard Bettys Burger. They were well presented and looked tasty.The thing that made the spicy Chicken burger tasty was a slice of gerkin, the Spicy chicken was not spicy nor spicy hot.We also ordered a side of fries, which were not really fresh but were soggy and lukewarm.I ordered two Post mix drinks without ice, both were almost flat, and not cold, and feel that the mix may need to be increased to make them taste as they should do.The staff were well presented and upbeat, and the premises clean.Sadly, personally I would not return.Edit: I accepted the invitation made in their comment here to email the head office with my contact details. They have not replied, even though I had send a 'reminder' 10 days later, and still no reply 2 weeks later.This shows that they are taking steps to follow up a poor review on paper to make it look good but do not continue to get to the root of the problem by responding to email sent.I have reduced my 3 star review down to 1.

You must wait to be seated, the serve wasn't the friendlest. We had a pram and I don't think we were put in a great place with it.The burger themselves where no where near as nice as the ones from down the coast. My burger had everything slid down the bottom from how it was packed. Wasn't over impressed.
