Rang to get some info on a new vacuum I was wanting to purchase. Salesman sounded like he couldn’t be bothered giving me a little advice on vacuums they have. Was met with sarcasm and very unhelpful. I wanted to purchase one in their store but will never buy from there due to their customer service skills and how I was spoken too.

I bought a $1500 sauber steam cleaner from Ellenbrook based on the sales rep advice.I was told it was indoor out door. I bought based on the fact i could use it out side for spider webbs, brick cleaning, eves on the roof even using it on my car and drive way...When i read the directions first thing i come accross in bold letters is FOR INDOOR USE ONLY...Such an expensive machine, i haven't used it yet. If you have to get sales by lying to people that's really sad.. and it ruins your repretation.

A few months ago, I had bought my vacuum from Godfreys, I have 2 cats so the hair gets quite bad! It's worked amazing and has cleaned up everything easily! I also was served by Daniel, very professional and very possitive and welcoming. He showed me how to use the vacuum and how to take it apart to clean it. He was very helpful, so I give 5 stars.
