Midland did an awesome job designing a self-install system for our acreage residential property. The best part for me was how helpful, patient, and knowledgeable each and every staff member was. They happily listened to all my questions and spent time to explain things - this is over multiple shop visits over a few months, as I learned and adapted my requirements figuring out what I needed and how I'd go about installing it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they took the time to help me understand (sometimes for an hour in the shop at a time). Very much appreciate the excellent customer service culture, highly recommend this company. Thanks to Wes and the team for all the advice, guidance, and support.
