not much selection plus only two staff on the floor.also can people just not comment on other peoples appearance?? I have had severe acne for ages and due to a massive abdominal surgery I have just had the medications and pain killers have made my skin gone crazy. One of the girls who was testing an hourglass foundation on me said “are you on any medication?” it’s no one business especially a strangers if I am on medication or not. She then said “my cousin had skin like yours so she went on accutane” like…..did I ask???!!!!!my body = my business only

I visited this store on Wednesday and was blown away by the amazing customer service! One particular worker was so knowledgeable and provided a sample of a serum I was looking at. Huge thank you to her for being so friendly and kind!

Quick little visit on a Wednesday evening on my way to a flight shortly before they closed. Glowing, friendly service, great product recommendations and a little perfume sample was given which perfectly fit the “light and floral” description I gave. Great range for a smaller shop with exceptional staff.

I visited the Mecca store at Sydney airport while waiting for a flight. The staff were magnificent. They were patient, pleasant, well-informed and helpful. I had never entered a Mecca store before but am now a huge fan. Thank you.
