Studio Red Hair Design

I normally wouldn't comment unless it was THAT bad but I had the worst haircut of my life there. (Not exaggerating) Where do I start?!I have been trying to grow my hair for a year and explained I wanted a few layers around my face. Instead I got a mullet looking cut and uneven layers everywhere starting at eye level!! As my colleagues said, it looked like mice gnawed on it all night.I complained nicely the next day to give them a chance to refund or rectify the problem but instead was told I needed to style my hair differently!! She took more length off my hair and the layers went shorter!! I look like a joke.Never go here. I am livid. I have a wedding in 2 weeks and she took a year off my length!

Wonderfully relaxed environment and really friendly and attentive staff. I've only been a few times but they make you feel like someone who's been a customer for years. AND very affordable prices! A great little local business :)

Staff went out of her way to get my hair done the way I wanted- even staying back late to make sure I was happy. Super reasonable price, great result!

I spent 3 hours getting my hair coloured and cut and I left with totally different hair to what I had asked for. My cut was jagged and uneven and very short, my colour was very similar to the colour i went in with which I was not happy with. I sent them an email the following morning to see if they would rectify this, have not heard a response. I was very disappointed

Whenever I call for an appointment I am told they're fully booked but then manage to fit me in last minute. Yet every time I turn up the salon is empty??? I don't think I've ever seen another person there.Jamie is very friendly, easy going and does a good job but the prices fluctuate and it's just a bit too expensive for a salon in the burbs.

I am most fortunate to have found Studio Red.The best cuts and colour I have ever had. I always look forward to their pampering!

Amazing Salon. Friendly atmosphere, very professional and comfortable. Massage chairs are eep worthy. Always make you feel welcome. I always come out swishing my hair around like an add on TV.Great products, with advice for best haircare.
