Having been diagnosed with hearing loss I sought independent advice from two of my colleagues each of whom suffers from longstanding and significant hearing loss. In both cases they recommended Canberra Audiology as being the best in Canberra, independent of hearing aid manufacturers and thoroughly professional. I must say that I am extremely pleased with the testing, real ear measurement and fitting of hearing aids that have made a huge difference to my quality of life. My audiologist has the highest qualifications in audiology, long experience together with an engineering degree and a deep understanding of treating hearing loss. I could not be happier.

I booked an appointment for same day, and had to travel an hour and a half to get to my appointment. I was about 5 minutes late and the ladies still held the appointment for me.When they were unsuccessful in treating my issue, they rang around and found me an ENT Dr that could see me the same day.I really appreciated their help and will be heading back for sure.

If you are going hoping for treatment of tinitus, you will be disappointed. Audiologist friendly, but not real solutions. You would be much better off going to The Body Lab, Canberra to actually treat tinitus.

Great service from wonderful reception staff through to audiologist. Felt that I was supported each step of the way. My thoughts were considered by the audiologist, from the testing, my initial hearing aid trial and fitment of the next trialled hearing aids. Thank you.

I can not speak more highly of the team at Canberra Audiology, they have taken such great care of all of my elderly father's hearing needs. No issue is too big or too small. They helped him find the right type of hearing aids which do everything he needs at a reasonable price. (He had previously been sold some from another audiologist which were twice the price and hardly worked.) He now will only go to Canberra Audiology and travels from interstate (when needed) for his check ups. Big thanks to Yan, Kim and all the staff, keep up the great work team!
