Hi, we had a good experience with Snappr. Our photographer Cyrus was very professional and took beautiful pictures which were all available online within about 1 day. It was a bit of an experiment as I had never booked a photographer online so I was a bit nervous about it all, but I was very impressed with the Snappr customer service which was quick and also you can call them which is not always the case with online businesses. Overall a very good experience. Have not finished downloading and printing the pictures yet so might still update this after. Nelke

Fantastic experience. I did not think it possible to get a professional photographer at such a great rate. Once we selected our photographer, Edwardo and I exchanged a few emails about expectations and where to meet and the shoot went off without a hitch. The photos Ed sent us, only 48 hours later, were amazing even considering the toddler tantrums :)Thanks Snappr for facilitating. our children will have beautiful photos of their parents and grandparents to look back on.

Tried to join snappr as a professional photographer. Applied more the 8 months ago never ever heard anything from these people. Called was advised applicants is pending. Call them last week. Yes you guest it after 8 months they say they never got it. Very unprofessional I would not recommend any photographer to join these people never call you back etc they are liars.

The whole booking process was a breeze! Our photographer Laura suggested locations for the shoot, and she was also great at engaging with the young and old. This was my first time booking a shoot in Snappr app and i'll foresee myself doing this again, the process was easy to understand, and there were subtle reminder sent counting down the days to our schedule shoot. Overall very satisfied customer here.

Snappr was a very easy process to organise a photographer for our small Perth Registry Office wedding. Simple to navigate and easy to use. Photographer James S did a superb job on our ceremony. We had a 3 hour shoot booked for my engagement party. My photographer was great but with a small group he informed me he was confident he had enough photos by the 2 hour mark. He told me I could get a refund for the last hour. Upon contacting snappr I was told twice they was email me with the results. After a week of trying to communicate with them I had someone help me, who told me I could only get a coupon. No actual refund.The photographers shouldn't be telling clients they can get refunds when it's not possible. I would have just kept him an extra hour if I knew I would not get the refund.

Great shoot with Mark @ Gilkisons Dance Studio.Mark was very accomodating and clear on what to expect from the shoot.My Wife and I enjoyed the casual nature of the shoot and had plenty of laughs with Mark along the way.Thanks to the Snappr team and Mark for a great experience.

Snappr was very responsive and professional through the whole process. The are exceedingly communicative and honest in their services.Our photographer Eduardo was amazing, he guided us nicely throughout taking more natural photos and was very pleasant. Murtuda O. was my photographer. He was amazing. He gave great direction and knew exactly what to do. The pictures did not even need editing but came out great. As a first time, he made me feel comfortable and it was easy to take instructions from him. I had an overall great impression of the company. They gave me the best.
