Our Vet Erina

I stared going to Our Vet with my partner after out dog was attacked. The staff Dr Corne, Dr Paddy, nurses Sue, Kayla, Dane & Mayle. Went above and beyond to safe our girl. Their hearts were in the right spot. The love and compassion they showed, we have never experienced that before. I had referred all my friends and family there. Which they said they have never experienced the love and care for their animals that the team showed.I rang to make an appointment, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude, unhelpful person. I asked to speak to one of the staff above to be told that ALL the staff had leave. We were only there just before Christmas.Makes one wonder why all the staff had left all together!Just wish I new were they are all Now

The Staff at Our Vet are amazing! Their love and care for animals is so evident in the way they go above and beyond in their service. They are also super approachable and have a genuine care and understanding for those suffering both emotionally and financially as a result of pet illness/injury. Dr Cassie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She identified and treated my dog's condition (cancer). She thoroughly explained all options available and did the best she could to reduce the financial burden. If you're looking for a genuinely caring, knowledgeable and understanding vet, Dr Cassie is your go to!

Took my cat for vaccination and check up.Vet was very good with him.He explained everything and was helpful in regard to future treatment.Will be glad when there is a vet on hand 5 days a week.

I can't recommend Cassie enough, I know she genuinely cares for my animals and always takes time to discuss my concerns. I lost my best friend last year, I am so grateful that Cassie was our vet, it was one of the hardest things I've had to go through and it made it so much easier that I didn't question the level of love and care she received in the last year, I wasn't left questioning if I could've done more. I currently travel 40 mins each way to see Cassie, but it's more than worth it, I honestly can't say how much peace it gives me to have finally found a vet like Cassie.

I recently took my rabbits to the vet that is at best Friends Erina.The girls were lovely and Cassie the vet was very caring and informative. I left her lovely black uniform covered in rabbit fur,ooops !!! Thanks -i will be back

Just want to say big thanks to Dr. Paddy for entertaining us and giving prescriptions although he's not the main vet that we've consulted at first. Appreciate his help during a somewhat stressful time and we're grateful he made himself available. Kudos to all the staff as well who have assisted as they were all very helpful.

Service is great and the prices are really competitive. They are very friendly and helpful . The vets working there are wonderful

Dillon, Tanya, Su and Paddy. There must be something in the water there as they are all helpful and kind people. I recommend them 200%. I get the impression they are more about helping than trying to fleece you out of your dollars. Great work guys! You are the best X
