Louise is incredibly knowledgeable, she explained what other hairdressers had done and the process to get my hair looking and feeling how I want it. She was honest and real about everything.Fast forward a few days after my first appointment, my 10yo cut her own bangs. We went straight to Louise who was so kind and considerate of my daughters home effort and was able to straighten up her fringe and make her feel confident with the new style.A few days after that I went back for an express keratin smoothing treatment.Each of these visits, Louise has been well presented, on time and very friendly.Feeling confident about my future hair goals with Louise and would highly recommend!
