I live here, it's not bad, still being built, we currently have one playground for kids but more will be on the way, there is currently 2 entry/exits which helps a lot with school traffic, There will eventually be a town center with shops but its a ways off yet. Overall it’s nice and quiet.

A nice community, growing fast. A lack of street maintenance is really letting the estate down though and the fact that there is still zero playgrounds and recreation areas is a bit sad too.
