Best appointment I ever made was for Hearing Australia. I have been with them for 6 years. Staff are always friendly, happy, share information, presentable. I love the themes they have throughout the year like Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Logan Central Hearing Australia.

Took my father here... Lovely staff, polite, caring and patient. The place looks warm and not so clinical, helps customers to relax as it erases anxiety levels for some.My personal thoughts; extremely important environmental setting and friendly staff.

Yesterday I visited Australian Hearing at Logan Central as I was having a problem with streaming from my hearing aids. From the moment I entered reception I was treated like a real customer. My problem was given to a technician who went away and within 10 minutes or so had made the necessary repairs and also went out of his way to explain the problem and he even printed out the manual relating to my brand of hearing aid. In the meantime I was offered a lovely cup of coffee by the girl on reception. It is so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer and I have to say whenever I go there the treatment is the same. I fully recommend H/A at Woodridge.Regards,Phil

I changed provider as I felt my previous provider was more motivated by income than consumer care. Hearing Australia Logan has treated me well and provided all I need, without any pressure to make financial outlays. Staff are friendly, not at all condescending. I’m so pleased I changed.

As a first time patient to the wearing of a pair of hearing aids I can’t speak highly enough about the people at the Logan Central clinic.As soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel at ease.The counter staff were very friendly and helpful and once I met the clinician she was also someone who enjoyed her vocation and set about explaining what would happen during my appointment in a very professional manner.Their follow up as well was very thorough and they made sure that if I had a problem all l would need to do was call and they would determine what action needed to be taken and it would get fixed.So if anyone is looking for someone that can be trusted to do the job then look no further than Hearing Australia to do it for you.

Had previously been going here for a few years due to close location, however the service was a hit and miss. The last 3 audiologists I saw here I was never quite satisfied with any of their approach regarding my hearing aids issues. I have since moved and found an audiologist that actually LISTENS, and doesn't give me the textbook answer of just wear your hearing aids more and you'll get used to the sounds"."
