Beware chemist is selling price above RRP. Spoke to management and response is what they want to sell price.Showed them the pricing instead of saying sorry or actioning further. Rachael just want keep pointing out they are not wrong.What a joke no wonder the business is going downhill.No customer service at all.

Best customer service, attentive staff was greeted by friendliness assistant Hanah. Zena administered my vaccine before my big trip overseas and honestly I did not feel a thing! Thank you Zena for your care and due diligence will definitely come back soon.

I love this pharmacy. The staff go above and beyond. It’s really refreshing to receive amazing customer service and Zena is just outstanding. Special mention to the lovely Hanah who always has a smile on her face and is excellent at what she does.

I have been to different pharmacies shops and Blooms Chemist Burwood Plaza is the best. Jennifer is so friendly and helpful. When I couldn’t retrieve the e-script from my mobile due to bad signal, she managed to retrieve it from the cloud for me. She also dispensed the insulin and keep the extra ones in the fridge for me. If I have a choice, I will always choose Jennifer and Blooms Chemist Burwood Plaza team. Your service are brilliant!

Worst chemist. Service worst. One old lady and one stupid young boy insulted me when they asked me for a bag I said yes and they commented for 20$ also someone need bag and joked In front of me . If you cannot respect customer, go to hell. Worst experience
