Therapy with Tiina

I had a amazing session with Tiina. I was suffering with OCD for many years. I had constant fear of the gas stove and always had to check many times to reassure myself that it was off. I was also afraid of strangers when walking in public. I tried many other methods like meditation, EFT tapping, CBT therapy and they didn’t help much with my OCD.After having the RTT session, I immediately felt better, and I noticed I was less anxious around triggers my OCD. For example, I no longer feel anxious around gas stove anymore, and I don’t have to check it more than necessary anymore . I also noticed I’m a lot more relaxed and grounded when I’m public and around other people.I definitely recommend booking a session with Tiina.

I had a wonderful RTT zoom session with Tiina recently to help me let go of past trauma that was keeping me stuck. It was such a fabulous experience, she helped me realise how that trauma was preventing me from moving forward in my life and installed new beliefs to over-write negative ones that I had carried with me throughout my life. I would highly recommend Tiina. She was so compassionate and made me feel so safe. Thank you so much for such a transformative experience. x
