Terrible customer service

By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with . Terrible customer service and poor communication. After having my vehicle serviced there for 5 years due to purchasing a service pack I will never be back.I still have an outstanding warranty issue from February and have not heard a thing and now we are in May . I have tried calling a number of times and heard nothing back . They just don’t seem to care . Very disappointing for a well respected brand . I will be upgrading next year and will NOT be purchasing another Land Rover .

Can't complain about the customer service at the Newstead servicing department because there is NONE!! By far the worst after sales customer service that we have ever received from a new car dealership service department. Was going to upgrade our vehicle to another landrover this year, but will be voting with our feet!! :(

Useless! Won't fix the cars they sell. Contacted them more than 2 weeks ago with an urgent issue to fix my car - told them I needed an answer asap and have never heard from them - Useless customer service.

Can’t fix their own cars

Terrible service every time from the Newstead Land Rover department. The poor customer service and lack of ability to service/fix the lemon of a brand new car we have is mind boggling. Stay well clear of this service centre. They are damaging the reputation of Land Rover.

The worst place to call for any type of repairs or service.

The front desk and the service personnel was friendly. Waiting facilities is comfortable and convenient. The entrance needs more obvious signage from the main road.

Overall experience was terribly awful. I wouldn't visit again.I visited this Jaguar/Land Rover in Newstead.I walked in and was greeted by an unfriendly cocky old staff who happened to pass by.He asked me why I am there. I told him I booked for a test drive. He asked me who is the staff I am meeting. I didn't have the name on top of my head. He didn't seem imrepressed that I don't know the staff's name. I finally found out and brought to the staff, Shrie, who was helping me with the test drive.Shrie gave me nice big smile with a hand shake.However, Shrie was very uninformative and constantly judinging the customer if he is going to purchase the vehicle or not. During the test drive, he constantly asks where I live, what I do, what I drive currently and so on. He didn't seem so impressed with my answeres. Then he made an assumption that I didn't have a financial power to purchase the vehicle. We returned to the office then sat down for 30secs and told me how to check online website and purchased the vehicle. Then he sent me off.What an unpleasant visit it was. It would be by far the worst dealership I ever encountered. I wonder why Land Rover has such a bad reputation.I was told at least the people at the sales deaprtment are nice as they have to sell the vehicles to you. But not this one in Newstead.

Tried to spend some money on a scheduled service for my Range Rover. Nobody available to answer phone to discuss my needs and book service in, only a general receptionist working from home who said someone would call back. Also tried online chat but could not help to book in, again advised service advisor would call me back.Waited all day without any response will now be going elsewhere.Very sad for awful customer service to be ruining a great brand’s reputation
