Worst service ever!! I havent received my packaging but it says it has been delivered. And the lady spoken on the phone just easily speaking nothing they can do about it and hung up the phone right after! Rude!

the worst customer service in australia.the lady said, as the covid 19 time, i canot sign the name by myself and the lady sign cov19 at the sign machine. it is super bad experience.the lady said it is the company's police, and she wrote all customers' name as same cov19.
