They made up rigid policies all for their own benefit without considering or respecting kids and customers. The staff is just rude and simply money minded, really bad experience.

Big no-no. The school is very money minded. They have very strange make-up policy which will make you lose your class and don't care the customers feeling at all. The swim instructors are like sleeping, no passion at all. The child didn't get any improvement after a long term. It has been an unpleasant experience and completely waste of money.

A very good swimming school. My children enjoying learning there every week. Love their make-up lesson policy, we wont't miss any lessons when the kids are sick or on holiday.

The staff provided the wrong information, which misled the parents. It is very hard to reschedule your class time, as the school adopts a very rigid policy.

My two children have been learning swimming there. I like the location, easy to park or drop off. But most importantly the teachers and staff are passionate and care for the children. My children are now enjoying swimming and confident in different strokes. Thanks to the teachers.

Excellent staffing, great program. Their teaching program is developed accordingly the children swimming level and ability. Their managers are very supportive and approachable. I have 3 kids currently enrolled in this school. Definitely recommend to friend and family.

I recommend Stanford because the instructors are competent, friendly but also firm towards the students. They keep the class running on time and smoothly. The admin always responds very quickly and I always receive enough texts and emails to know what's going on. The pool is also really clean and parking is easy to find.
