When we received our initial order, we were disappointed with the result. We had used the cropping tool and followed the right steps to make our photos fit the retro style, however it was quite confusing to use.When the prints arrived 2 weeks later, they looked disproportionate and silly. We reached out to let PocketPrints know the issue and Yuki was more than happy to receive the feedback and help us with a reprint. They sent a digital copy first for our approval before express shipping the new prints to us which arrived the next day. They look great and will be perfect for our wedding photo board. Overall very happy with our purchase and outcome - the customer service and response was fantastic, and they made fixing the mistake stress-free and super easy. We would recommend them and choose to use them again in the future :)

Love my large acrylic square print! Ordered Monday, it arrived Wednesday. Beautiful thick sturdy frame with strong magnetic hold. Print was fantastic quality. Will definitely order again

We LOVE pocket prints. We have been using them for over a year, from the photo wall in our living room, to pics in the teens room, our favourites are the decals. They are great quality, customer service is amazing, I won't go back to standard photos.

Great service, and pictures turned out great.They arrived within 2 days of ordering. Really simple online process. And they turned out much better than I though!- I was worried they would turn out low quality because some pictures I uploaded were around 200KB, but even they were fine!

I always try to support local businesses and this one has never let me down. I mucked around with overseas app's for a few years before I found this wonderful Australian owned print company. You can upload direct from your smart phone or from your computer. As a photographer colour and contrast are paramount to me and the quality and accuracy of Pock Prints images are second to none.Recently I had an exhibition and Pocket Prints worked with me to produce custom sized Decal's for my intro wall. They were extremely flexible, helpful and timely in getting over 80 images produced. I have to say the Decal's are incredible and leave no marks or damage to the wall. I couldn't believe how easy it was re-position and re-adhere them.Pocket Prints have various postage options and you can pay an extra fee for express post if you need your order turned around quickly.A big thumbs up for this amazing crew.

I just got my first order from Pocket Prints. I got 15 very small square prints and they are fantastic! Not only is the quality fantastic, but the pictures look great and they came so quickly! Great price too. I can't wait to find more pictures to print! Love them!

We've ordered the grids of photos that we put in frames, and I love how we've been able to put beautiful memories all around our house.We've also done the prints and they look great in clusters around the house.The quality of the prints are beautiful, the app was easy to use and the delivery was prompt.Really happy with the whole experience.

Just received my order of polaroid prints and they are great! The quality is amazing and I love that I could add writing to them all with no extra cost, arrived with standard shipping earlier than expected, an overall great product that I will definitely be getting more of in the future
