Absolutely love the service at this store, a big thankyou to Kevin who went above and beyond to install a brand new zip on my son's backpack after waiting weeks and weeks for this job to be done, Kevin did the job in no time, he is prompt and keeps his word. Would recommend going to see Kevin for any job he's there on Sunday's.

What a bad experience. Went to have a trophy engraved. He engraved in the wrong spot, offered to replaced the plaque. When it was eventually replaced 2 weeks later, lettering was not straight, new plate was not installed straight and my wife was abused for complaining. Guy said he was not interested in our business in the future and to our business else where. This guy is not trust worthy and is best avoided at all costs. Get out of business and let someone else have a go at providing real customer service.

I made the mistake of losing my ticket after dropping off my shoes, although I apologised for my mistake and did my best to explain the scenario and provided photos of the exact footwear, the two men working there were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of working to resolve the issue they decided to berate and belittle me. When the shoes were found, I said thank you and asked politely for them to stop being rude to me and just let me pay so I could go, unfortunately, one of them keep lecturing me for my mistake to the point I ended up in tears. they were unnecessarily rude and hostile.Terrible customer service, will never return.

I had a pair of runners turned into cricket shoes.. I dropped them of on the Thursday and asked if he could have them done in a week ( following Thursday) he said I'm under the pump but will do my best. So I rocked up on the Thursday and 2.pm and by 2.45 I had the shoes back and completed. The quality was excellent and I will be going back to him for sure!!!

Fantastic job done on knee high leather boots. Resoled polished and posted to country town. Recommend this shop wholeheartedly. Now sending my seude boots to resole. Thanks Lee.

The man with blonde longish hair refused to engrave a watch for me.. with still 45 min left till closing time. So I went around the corner and she did it in 10 min and I have walked back passed and his just sitting on his phone. Terrible customer service won't take my business here again!

I dropped in a watch to have a battery fitted and was quoted $17. When I went to collect it he price jumped to $17.90. I said I would Pay the agreed price. His offsider who wasn't even present when I dropped the watch told me I was a very rude person and not to bother coming back. I have never ever ever been treated so shamefully an I will be letting all of my friends know about the sheer unprofessionalism of this business. It is a shame because a couple of years ago I had a very different experience!
