The ladies were nice but they do not know how to run a business. They don’t take accountability for mistakes instead they put it on the customer. Their fees are also not upfront. Would not recommend.

Lovely ladies. They did a great job for my nails.

Had gel put on my nails and when and when I got home it started to fall off. I went back the next day and they fixed the ones that fell off but the next day the other also started to peal

I went here about 3 weeks ago I was happy with my nails but after today I won't be coming back. I payed for a service that wasn't up to standard. Wasn't happy with my nails the staff are non professional would not recommend.

My first visit was good, the lady that did my nails was very nice.2 days later a nail broke at work, I went to get it fixed a few days after ( due to work hours they were closed and I had to wait for Thursday night trading)The women were rude implying it was my fault that the nail broke and charged me to repair the nail and the repair wasn't very good.I wont be going back, very bad customer service

As a regular customer for around a year and a half at this salon and after today I’m done! The nails are less professional than when I 1st went in over a year ago and the staff are very rude and non professional! Service is meant to be for the customers to except the best service for the price that is required at the end. My only hope is that they read this and improve the professionalism in this salon. We live in Australia and customer service is a highly recommended duty of care in any industry. My advice honestly, speak to your customers with integrity and with English as customers do enjoy relaxing and talking with people ecspecially people who are serving them, as this is a sign of respect and presentation of the type of awesome business customers invest both their time and their money into! Unfortunately Moon Nails & Beauty is not one I would recommend!

Enjoyed getting pedicure & massage. Staff were lovely. All in all great experience. My feet look & feel amazing. Thank you ladies.

Hi, been going here for over 1 year, but after today I will not be going back. I had one staff doing a pedicure and one doing my fingernails. Staff chat between themselves and don't pay attention to what they doing. I agree with the last comment left. Staff need to be a little more professional when people are paying for a service. Not a very happy customer!

Very relaxing Pedicure! They even stayed open a little bit later to fit us in. Would definitely come back again!
