As an install company these guys have helped me when clients miss measure blinds and we need them professionally cut down. They have always been fantastic with service and delivery for us and recommend them not just for this but as a great company to get blinds from.As we move into the sales side of things we will definitely be looking to have these guys as a supplier for our clients.

Simon has been a great help to my home renovation project. Speedy in customized blinds whilst Bunnings said I had to wait 3 weeks, and Spotlight asked me to wait for 8 weeks, Simon had my blinds ready to go the very next day. I also had missing blind accesories that I could not find replacements anywhere and Simon helped me find a close replacement that worked!Brilliant customer service, attentive to details, advice you can rely on. Pricing is very affordable.

The Curtain Quality is really good. But I paid $15 for shipping and that experience was terrible. Second time I specifically mentioned them to not to use Fastway/Aramex, but they did sent it via them and I'm waiting and waiting with their processing delays. They should really consider changing there partnership with courier company or at the very least refund the shipping for delays.

I purchased curtains & vertical blinds adjustable heights, very happy with service by Simon and they cut vertical panel. Very cost efficient & saved me time without cutting each individual panel of vertical blinds.They supplied Tracks with hooks too for the curtains.

It was a great experience in consol blinds, the collections were exhaustive and covers both modern blinds and traditional ones and our family loved it. The customer service was awesome from the manager who did a really good job in finding the right colour match and suggestions and appreciate her patience in showing various options. Strongly recommended! A very trustable shop.

Great products and customer service. I stumbled across their site looking for a blind for a large stacker door for a holiday house. Found a great looking solution and also Venetian blinds for the non-standard sized bedroom windows. The delivery time quoted on the website was too long to get them to me in time for my trip to the house, so I called Avon who arranged for them to be manufactured and ready for collection in 3 days ! Great communication and she even waited at the factory after hours for me to arrive to collect. The blinds fit perfectly and look great, thank you
