My experience with AKMMN, more specifically the Mechanic Dan has been nothing short of amazing ! I had the Alternator go on my car on Friday so I called them up to see if a mechanic could come out and see me. They heard my concern then mentioned that their mechanic Dan had some free time in his schedule and would be able to come out and replace it. Dan then got into communication with me and asked for an image of the current part that was broken so he could search for one that was identical. He was originally told that none were available and he would need to order one from NSW that would be delivered for Tuesday. Although Dan went above and beyond searching for the part and found that there was one left in QLD which was about 20 mins away and made it his mission to collect the part so he could fix it the same day.When Dan arrived at my place and explained the work he was to carry out we got to talking and found he had been in the field for 15 years and how some of the dealerships used shady tricks that would have cost me a lot more money or they wouldn't do any of the work they said they had. As I had my regular dealership service coming up the following Wednesday I decided I'd rather give my business to a local business with an Integrous, Honest and Trustworthy mechanic like Dan so I did just that and booked a service for Monday cancelling my dealership service instead.The work was carried out on the Friday and I was right to drive it immediately after with no issues whatsoever. As I knew the serpentine belts would be next to go, when he came to do the service on Monday I had him bring the new belt with him and he discovered the old one was close to snapping as well.All in all I'm nothing but grateful for the service, dedication and honesty provided and will continue to sing his praises to everyone I know and meet !Can not recommend highly enough !

Had Jarryd come out to fit new front and rear shocks to my vehicle. Got a text message advising arriving in 5 mins and arrived on time, 8.30am. Jarryd none stopped working on my vehicle and finished the job in the time allocated. Whilst he was there, he checked my fluid levels and happy to say he cleaned up after himself. Very polite and thorough mechanic and have no hesitation to use him again and refer him and Autoking to my family and friends.

Difficult to get through and when the call was cut off no one called back. They advertise services on the Gold Coast. I’m 10min from Nerang and they would give me the time of day. Pretty pathetic I think. I guess all the good star ratings are coming from their mates.

Jarrod is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He services both mine and my daughters cars and I trust no one else with them. He is punctual, reliable, on time and very courteous. I simply ring him or the office and contacts me and the job gets done every time.

I can understand why Autoking have such high ratings.I was fortunate to have their mechanic Jason come out to help me with my Territory today, and have to say how it is actually very refreshing to meet a mechanic who was so legit. He was not only helpful, but he is honest and even gave me some sound advice in regards to my car. He knew what he was talking about and there was no bullsh*t. Just a real decent fella.I won’t hesitate to call Autoking again in the future, or to recommend them, I would request Jason myself as I was real happy with his service.They got here real quick and the price was more than reasonable.Thank you heaps to the whole team for your help.Truly grateful.Kind regards.Bongos (Jase)
