Century 21 at The Pier

The rudest and worst realestate I have ever come across. The bullying tactics this realestate use is so sad.Zero communication on their behalf, countless emails and calls with no response.

Very poor communication very poor customer service would not recommend to anyone for rental or purchase. This agency gives realtors a very poor name.If you are from out of town or new to this area then I strongly advise against buying, selling or leasing from this agency.

My Mother and I walked in today looking for a rental for her to lease. We both were taken aback by the attentative care and kind and supportive service of the 3 ladies that dealt with us. Two of which we know the names of: Nicole and Kirsty. Thank you for your old fashioned service. I say old fashioned as in todays increasingly sureal world that we engage in it is rare to find such genuine and helpful people who clearly love their roles and go out of their way to help. The timing seemed perfect as we reside about an hours drive from Hervey Bay and on the off chance called in to see if there were any rentals within my mothers budget on their books. Not only did we get shown pictures of a property on their computer screen by Nicole we also were fortunate to have Kirsty avail herself immediately for a walk through viewing of the property. Kirsty has a great sense of humour and comes across a very lovely soul whilst still maintaining a very professional standard. Whether my mum is succsessful or not in applying for the property we viewed today I can only highly recommend Century21 at the Pier for their Excellent Diamond Cut Standard of Service.

The staff at Century 21 at the Pier are very friendly and helpful. I go to pay my rent and they always show an interest and care.

Today I had 2 inspections for rentals with Kirsty, she was absolutely lovely and very helpful. It's been very stressful in the current rental crisis and she made me feel at ease.

Ed recently sold a property for us in Toogoom. The property was on the market for less than 24 hours before we got an offer we took. Ed provided a seamless sale service for us and knew exactly what we needed to get a good result. Very happy with Ed and the team at Century21 for managing our property over the years. Cheers.

The WORST real estate company in Hervey Bay. I honestly don’t know why someone would pay them to manage their property - it goes weeks with no updates or inspection appointments even when you put in a rental application with offer to PAY 6 MONTHS rent in advance AND impeccable rental record AND stable high earning job.If you’re here in google looking for rentals don’t waste time like we did: Elders is the quickest and most attentive real estate company, followed by First National Hervey Bay (the one we rented with). You’re welcome.

As a landlord I would unfortunately not recommend century 21.Communication is very poor and is it’s biggest let down,Would not get responses to emails and would rarely get a call back after been told “we will call back soon”Had several tenant change overs without any notification.During the final inspection when the last lease ended, several things that should have been covered by the bond were missed.I’ll give it 2 stars because despite all of the above, the staff face to face are friendly people and are helpful in the moment.
