The team at trilogy have once again blown me away with their exceptional service and attention to detail with my last shopping experience. I have been a client at trilogy for over 10 years and is by far the most exquisite store in Perth with the friendliest staff.

My Compliments and Thanks to the Management and Staff of Trilogy, for your Aid and Assistance when I tripped and fell flat on my Face.I'm so terribly sorry for the trouble and sad for that small table that gave its Life, Heroically breaking my Fall.I've seldom been as Embarrassed as I was.Thank You.

My husband and I had just finished building our house and needed to buy some new furniture. We went into Trilogy to have a look and we were delighted at the quality of the stock and the service. A lovely man called Harold came straight over to us and, over a few glasses of champagne, helped us to pick out our new furniture. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We took in our house plans and he gave us really valuable interior design advice and helped us to pick pieces with the right scale, style and colour for our new home. We didn't think service like this even existed anymore but Trilogy proved us wrong and surpassed all our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting fantastic customer service from interior design pros.

Gosh if I could give no stars I would. Popped in on Saturday to buy some outdoor cushions, a Anna Sui table lamp and a outdoor side table. However the price on the website for the outdoor side table which I had been researching differed from the in store price. A very nice but nervous sales assistant and I looked at the website together in store - photo attached. Price on website cheaper than in store price. The confused sales assistant went of to clarify and back came whom I assume the owner fromPrevious posts - telling me there had been a computer glitch. When I said I think you have to honor the website price as advertised - he quickly and rudely responded NO I DONT HAVE TOO. Well I will leave that up to my 2 lawyer sons to have a look at consumer protection laws. But I actually want to thank him - I then left and went to Henri and Jardan stores and bought some amazing things …… so glad !!! Just ordered some beautiful outdoor cushions from Bonnie and Neil ….. so Iam all set.

As I do not think they deserve even a single star, I think these web sites should allow to provide a review with minus stars.I bought a table couple of weeks ago, when I picked it up I did not notices a damages which has been repaired (they have kept this side of the table against the wall and I could not check this side of the table when I collect it). As soon as I brought it in I have noticed the damage and sent an email the manager of this shop. Un fortunately he is very rude and said it has been occurred during the transportation.I have asked him if the damaged has happened during the transportation, how did it occurred without damaging the varnish of the table. But he refused to exchange it, papered to consider my request to have a look the table.During last 30 years I have bought any furniture from various places, but this is the worst buying experience I ever had. They are friendly people only until you pay your money. If I bought this table from any other furniture retailer, I am sure they will definitely provide exchange or a refund.They have basically told us we are dishonest people who are trying to make a claim after we damage it during transportation. Although I have happy to bear the cost of the table, this type attitude by the owner of the shop is disgusting, they do not know the true meaning of customer services. They need to understand the customer service is not all about their stupid coffee and drinks that they provided when you visit the shop.My advice is to avoid these dodgy operators at any cost.

I recently ordered a custom made sofa from Trilogy. I had the pleasure of dealing directly with the Managing Director and his astute offsider, in what was an extremely pleasant and seamless encounter. The product was delivered ahead of schedule and personally chaperoned to my door by the Managing Director. A fantastic end to end service. I will be shopping here again.

The experience I encountered last week from the selection process within the showroom to the installation of furniture at my property was absolutely flawless. Beautiful unique and luxurious furniture, lovely service, appreciate the champagne and biscuits whilst waiting. Quite pricey but well worth waiting for their sales to pick up a piece to last a lifetime.
