This place must have changed hands. They used to be very good and would redo a nail until perfect. I asked that my nails not be cut too short but they have been shortened to the quick and a bit sore . Way too short. Everything was very rushed and I noticed quite a few imperfections after I left. Very upsetting as I had been growing my nails.

For the sake of your nails please do not go here! The lady was very rough and cut me multiple times. I asked to keep the length and she filed down more than half the length and she also incorrectly filed my thumb nail so one side was jagged and a sharpe angle and the other side was round. When I questioned her, she blamed the previous nail tech ?? I got SNS which usually lasts atleast 5 weeks and after only a few days the top coat was peeling off and my nails were cracking! I ended up having to go to a different salon to get them redone within 1 week!

I thought I would give this nail salon one last chance, however to my disappointment I had an unfortunate experience. The woman who did my nails filed into my skin which caused bleeding twice. She didn't apologise, moreso laughed to herself quietly. In addition, she filed my natural nails too thin that pinky/red patches began to appear, causing some pain and irritation. After she finished my acrylic nails, without asking she applied this pink lotion to my hands (not realising my skin is super sensitive) which caused significant stinging and redness. Heres me thinking it couldnt get worse, and one of my nails broke the next day doing barely anything. After paying $60 for this experience, i wont be going to this salon again to say the least.

Unfortunately not a great experience, I had a pedicure and manicure done. The nail art that I showed turned out completely different and was messy, I didn’t say anything as I didn’t really want to make a fuss. But today I have now realised my toe is really sore and red in the corner of my nail where I noticed during my pedicure a piece of my nail was cut and pulled out funny. Friendly staff but a disappointing experience for me.

The staff are so lovely. Ruby had my gel nails done withinhalf an hour! She is super quick, friendly & professional.

I love having my nails done here - mani and pedi. I love the friendliness and respect that the girls offer. The nails last a long time (no problem with breaking or falling off) and they're always happy to see me. Thank you!

What a joke. Got a shellac removal and normal nail polish to cover the damage. Shellac removal was fine, but when I asked for advice on picking a new polish colour the lady didn't help at all and told me 'pick whatever you like'. I'm no nail guru so I ended up with a colour which didn't suit my skin at all. The polish was super blotchy and her attention to detail was so poor that sections of my nail weren't covered with polish. She then left me sitting in front of a small fan instead of using a nail dryer which meant the nail drying process took 20 minutes and I had the smell of nail polish constantly blowing at me. The nail polish didn't even last 2 minutes after I left the shop. 2 of the nails were badly smudged from just trying to get into my car. Massive waste of time. Won't be back.
