Great, reliable service! I called in for an appointment and were very accommodating in getting me in that morning. Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sonia had good customer service and offered me ice cold water. The time Jon quoted me for service was spot on. Even offered to give me a lift so I wasn’t waiting at the shop for hours. I need a couple more things done to my car but there was no pressure to get them fixed. Will be coming back in the future!

Very friendly and helpful bunch with a great range of products. Not just tyres. I however changed my Pirelli run flats for Federal ST-1 conventional tyres, very happy with the performance, traction, ride comfort, quietness and look.

Goodyear Auto Labrador - You legends !!! My requirement for new tyres can only be described as urgent and Sonia and the team were accommodating, understanding, providing prompt and friendly service. The turn around time was amazing and by the end of the day I was safely back on the road. Great price too - Under my expected budget.

Here is my experience with Goodyear Autocare Labrador.They gave me the lowest quote I requested, so I booked the work needed on my brakes on Monday 30th. May for Monday 6th. June, and asked them to order the disc pads required. On Friday 3rd. June I rang them to confirm that the brake pads were there. Well, they hadn't done anything about them.However, the rang me soon afterwards and said that the brake pads had been ordered and would be available on the appointed date.On Monday 6th. June I took the car in at the appointed time. An hour later, the rang me to say that the pads they had bought were unsuitable and that they would have to be ordered again, but they would ring me when they arrived. So, I picked up my car from them.I do not blame them for this error. I had myself got the wrong set of pads from an eBay seller a few months earlier.Not having heard from them by late on Tuesday 7th. June, I rang again and was told that the pads were there. But they never called me to let me know this.On Wednesday 8th. June I took my car in again. I was told that it would available for collection in 'about two hours', and that they would ring to let me know.After 2 hours and 45 minutes, I returned on foot to the workshop, and found that the car was parked outside ready to be picked up. Again, no call had been received by me, of course.The car needed machining of the two the two front discs but, in spite of the extra work involved, they honoured the amount of the original quote.I have no doubts about their technical competency, and their honestly is beyond reproach.It's a pity they don't have the customer skills required to keep customers informed.Would I recommend them? Yes, with reservations.If you want a decent price and are willing to put up with a modicum of aggravation, by all means just go for it!

Good value, staff are very professional & straightforward, have had service & major car work done there on several occasions , not the cheapest but the quality & workmanship reflects that & never had any problems with work they've done.Would definitely recommend.

I won a door prize for wheel balance and alignment. Decided I would get them to do a basic service as well.Delighted with the service I received from the call booking a time, to drop off the car to picking it up.They found a problem, rang me and gave me the options which fitted with my budget.When I collect the car Jon, the owner, discussed the problem, its impacts and showed me the damage while explaining how it occur.The price was very competitive with others. The office and waiting room Iis bright, airy and very clean.What also impressed me was my car was ready within the timeframe initially provided.Easy to find and parking is no problem.Located just across from Harbour Town it is easy to find a place to wait:)Thanks Jon for a great job.
