Mayhem fitness is a very supportive and friendly personal training studio! I love going there for the classes and my weekly Pt! I’ve never felt uncomfortable or judged while there and we always have fun highly recommend them

Amazing place to train, having just started out with Mayhem and feeling very scared and nervous I was very welcomed and made to feel apart of the team straight away. The trainers are fantastic and very helpful and I now look forward to training every week.

I started with the Mayhem Team with a goal of marathon before I was 50. Brad and Dior with their Team helped me achieve my goal at 47. I was able to attend Bootcamp, PT sessions and the Running Group, as well as, providing me with programs to follow when I was away matched with nutrition programs and confidence to succeed. Thank you for helping me achieve my personal goal.
